Welcome to Jirdath Natural. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of jirdathnatural.com and to every order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Jirdath Natural is a brand of Jidath Enterprise, located at 22nd Mile, Dimapur Road, Manja, Karbi Anglong, Assam 782461, India. You can reach us at info@jirdathnatural.com or on 9387748001 (call or WhatsApp). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Jidath Enterprise.

2. Our products

We sell natural, farm sourced spices such as ginger powder, turmeric powder, king chilli, black pepper, white pepper and large cardamom, in the pack sizes shown on each product page. Because our products are natural, colour, aroma, heat and texture can vary slightly from one batch to another. Product photos are for illustration, and the pack you receive may look slightly different.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including GST, are calculated and shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, if the delivery address cannot be served, or if we suspect misuse or fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full amount.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely online through Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, debit card, credit card or selected wallets. We do not see or store your card, UPI or wallet details. If money is deducted but your order is not confirmed, please contact us with the payment reference, and we will help you resolve it. Refund timelines for failed or reversed payments depend on your bank and the payment provider.

6. Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping across India on every order. We dispatch from Assam, and delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. Any delivery time we mention is an estimate and not a guarantee. Please give a complete and correct address and a working phone number, because the courier may call you before delivery. If delivery fails because of wrong details or because no one was available, we may need to contact you to arrange a new delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can ask to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and the packaging. After checking, we will replace the item or refund you. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

8. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information and tell us if you notice any unauthorised use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Jirdath Natural name and logo, text, photos, designs and graphics, belongs to Jidath Enterprise or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website. This includes trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how the site works, posting unlawful or harmful content, or using the site in a way that breaks any law.

11. Limitation of liability

We take care to give accurate information, but we provide the website and products on an as available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our control such as weather, transport disruption or courier delays. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing law and changes
