1. General information

Content on this website, including product descriptions, farm stories, blog posts and photos, is for general information only. We work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no promise that it is complete or error free.

2. Natural variation

Our spices are grown on small farms in Karbi Anglong, Assam and are harvested and dried by hand. Colour, aroma, heat, size and texture can differ between harvests and batches. This is a sign of a natural product and not a defect. Product images are for illustration, and the pack you receive may look a little different.

3. Not medical advice

Spices have a long place in traditional Indian kitchens and home remedies. Any mention of traditional uses or culinary benefits on this site is for general knowledge only. It is not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication or have a health condition or allergy, please check with a qualified doctor before adding new foods to your diet.

4. Organic and quality claims

We describe our spices as natural and organically grown based on how our partner farmers cultivate them. Any certification or origin claim is as stated on the relevant product page. If you would like details of certificates or test reports, please contact us and we will share what is available.

5. Allergens and storage

Our spices are packed in a facility that may also handle other spices. Please read the label on your pack for ingredients and storage advice. Keep spices in a cool, dry place in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, for the best flavour.

6. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials on this website reflect the personal views of the people who shared them. Individual taste and results vary, and they are not a guarantee of how a product will suit you.
